Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation of Bookings – Please note that cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. To receive a full refund, please cancel by 2 pm on the day prior to arrival. Late cancellations will incur the full cost of the booking.

Pet Policy

• Our Queen Villas and Two Bedroom Villas are Pet Friendly! If you are staying in our King Spa Villas or Family Villas, we ask that you leave your furry friends at home. 
• There is an additional charge of $30 per night and reception should be informed about the pet before arrival.
• When booking please leave a short note that you have a pet joining you during your stay.
• Maximum pets allowed – two (2). Having a pet on site without letting reception know could end up in a fine of up to $200.
